About Autumn Pig Research
As a senior in high school at Fullerton Union High, Aubrey Rynders has undertaken this research project in order to provide information on frequently asked questions in the Agriculture department for Feeder Pigs.
She raised her first project pig during the fall semester of 2018 when she was a junior. Her pig, Autumn, was a female Hampshire breed with a perfect temperament but a lousy weight chart. Aubrey started this project to see if there is a correlation between the breed of a feeder pig and the quality, quantity, and price of the meat upon processing.
(Aubrey also wrote a column for the FUHS newspaper on compassion in animal processing.)

Aubrey dedicates this research website to the Fullerton Union High School Agriculture Department in order to benefit future SAE project students and inspire others to explore their questions in regards to animal and/or food production. Go Tribe!
